Bob Blumer is a person who I have followed and watched since I was interested in food-early teen years pretty much.  He’s one of the most inventive chef’s out there and he really taught and inspired me to have fun with food.  He’s recently re-released his famous Dishwasher Salmon recipe in the form of a YouTube video.  It’s a fool proof way to cook a perfect piece of salmon and I thought I’d share it with you.
