This Afternoon Dessert Break is happening at Thierry.  It’s featuring a delicious combination of chocolate and mint that is sure to please any chocoholic.

For my treat I decided on a Chocolate Mousse Mint Cake and a Iced Latte.  The latte was good and made properly.  They use a custom blend here at Thierry, it’s smooth and full-bodied and the milk had a nice richness to it.

The outer layer was a made up from a thin dark chocolate, inside there was a semi sweet chocolate mousse that had the mint flavor infused in it then it was topped off with what reminded me of marshmallow.  This was a real pleasure to eat and reminded me of mint chocolate bars I would eat as a kid.  Let’s just say that this is another winning dessert from Thierry, I’d order this again for sure and recommend it to anyone that likes chocolate mint desserts.
